Location
Villa Kate Istria is located in an Istrian town called Zminj. The surroundings are rather non-touristic and authentic. It's perfectly located in the very center of Istria. Every interesting location in Istria can be reached within short car rides. Rovinj - ones say the most beautiful town of Istria - is only a 20 minutes car drive away. Close to Rovinj you'll also find plenty of beautiful beaches.
Infrastructure
A small supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. A big supermarket (Plodine) can be reached within 5 car minutes. The first option to reach the sea is 15 minutes away at the Lim Fjord. The Sea on the Eastside of Istria can also be reached within 25 minutes. Porec and Pula can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Electric cars can be charged for free just 5 minutes walking away.

Culinary art
In the last years Istrian restaurants have greatly developed and become known for their excellent quality of food. There are plenty of great and authentic Istrian Konobas in the surroundings of Villa Kate. As the area is not too touristic, you will still get very good value at low prices.
